Majesty of Rome: from Napoleon to the Italy's Unity

    The Workshop would like to bring alive the classical and universal dimension of 19th century Rome and proposes an interactive visit of the exhibition, followed by creative workshop activities. The visit to the exhibition foresees the reading of some particular works and the itinerary proposes rigorous, original and creative readings, that allow children and adults to critically assimilate contents and sensibilities.

     

    •for pre-scholars… majestic andante: a recreational journey through theatre and dance.

    • for elementary school and lower middle school… eyes everywhere around you: a journey through the exhibition to get to know Rome of the Empire, of Napoleon, of the 21st century, of the future; in the shoes of… : a journey made up of figures and personalities which belonged to Rome of the 19th century.

    • for adults… grand tour on show: a travel diary to immortalize thoughts, stories, emotions and testimonies of Rome of the Napoleon age.

    • weekly summer activity for the children.. atelier Roma: a journey through the art of the past and present; moments of enjoyment, observation and reading in the exhibition and in the city .

    • special events for adults: an outlook on the exhibition : theme visits with the curators of the exhibition to take a more in depth look at the reality of Rome of the 1800s
